Air France, don't you DARE!

22:17pm in the French house. 

I have a flight booked to go and see my buddeh-ol-pal on Sunday with Air France, who have decided they want to go on strike and not tell me if my flight has been cancelled. Please don't be mean Mr Air Francey people/persons. Let me continue on my journey of a lifetime!

Anyway, I went to the ladies house tonight. It was fun! I think they liked me, and I think I agreed to another meet up. Although at the same time I think I offended them and said yes when I was asked if I wanted to go now... I think thats what they said, but with a ver strong toulousEN accent its difficult to understand!

What a way to spend my month marker..

Well.. yesterday marked the month of living in France for me! I had a lovely day! I met up with another assistant, Maya, and we went for a hot chocolate and had a good ol' chin wag! Then when Maya left, the fun began! I got on my train, perfectly, got to where I wanted to be - fine! Then I nipped to the shop to get some supplies for cooking.. what a disaster. I missed my next train by 1 min!!!! So I had an hor to wait. Anyway. I had an amusing hour wait. I sat down in the gare colomiers and plugged myself into my mp3. Having a good old partay in my head! Next thing, lots of people in wheelchairs got out of this van. 2 of the people in wheelchairs decided they wanted to sit RIGHT infront of me. I mean, im not even joking fellas. I had no more what-so-ever to move! Eventually, one of the guys (after about 30mins) got back in this van and then it was just me and this other geeza who had fallen asleep.  While this is happening, I looked out the window to see a man on his phone fall over a HUGE curb! I shouldnt laugh but it was funny... and then he got up dusted himself off and got onto his train! Next thing! This guy then walks into the bulding to sit down. He stopped to look at the train times on the big screen and the next thing the automatic doors he had just gone through closed on him!!!!!!!!!!! I literally had to turn away and laugh. It was hillarious!

Today is the 28th of October. Its raining. Its not cold. But its cloudy and rainy. Its handing having a pool int he front of the garden, I can see if its raingin without having to go outside and look, although I find it easy enough at home to know if its raining without a swimming pool and looking outside. Im just blabbing.

This afternoon at 4o'clock, im going with Diane to her friends house for a French sesh! They are looking through pictures of thus ladies holiday! And im going to listen in on the coversation! this lady apparently cant speak any English so thats going to be fun! 

Im going to nibble some chocolate now, so im sure ill do my 'dear diary' again tomorrow. Although I should be doing my planning and dissertation. Euw. WORK!

First French blog post!

Today is the 26th of October! Tomorrow by process of elimination is the 27th! Therefore i've been in France for a month tomorrow! 

Today I had so much planned! I was going to go to the post box in the village to send my letters, then to the next village along to get some bread all before my 2 o'clock rendez-vous with a teacher I work with. But alas, im sure she forgot about me! So I've been sat sorting out my trip to Rouen on Sunday to see my chum Susie! 

I get a flight at 10:50 and get to Paris at 12:20! Then its to get a train to Rouen from there. Im hoping it wont take too long as I really dont like trains. Saying that these French trains are samin spesh fellas! Thy are SO much nicer than the ones in the UK. The only down side to them is, if you dont know what train it is, they have no signs on the trains saying for instance 'Toulouse'. But that could just be in Toulouse, lets hope paris trains are a little more easier to understand!

I went upstairs before and there as a lizard on the floor in my room..... So I ran downstairs to get something to shooo it away, and now its gone. So I hope its gone somewhere not near me..

Anyway, for a first blog attempt, I shall find something else to tell you later!
